I signed a contract with Patel Building group based on recommendation if a friend since they are custom builders, and you can have your own plan. The journey was not pleasant. Be very careful when you sign contract with this builder. The builder's range has very basic amenities. The appliances provided would be Baumatic/Technica or Euro appliances and the builders range is very basic. If you want black options, it is an upgrade.
