I was initially concerned about the time it might take, but the technician efficiently replaced the malfunctioning thermostat in just under an hour. However, he didn't reset the system after putting in the new unit, which required me to make another call for further guidance.
I was initially concerned about the cost, but the technician diagnosed a faulty capacitor in under an hour and completed the repair without unnecessary upselling. This visit was more efficient than previous experiences with other companies, saving both time and expense.
The issue was a faulty thermostat that wasn't properly communicating with the control board, and the technician traced and fixed it by replacing a damaged wire within an hour. Having dealt with other HVAC issues before, I appreciated how he explained each step and double-checked everything before leaving.
Service was professional, and they clearly explained the repair process in simple terms.
Installed AC quickly and efficiently.
