I've never been so disappointed in a medical professional before. His attitude and his ability to manage care is dependent upon the endless questionnaires you fill out prior to your visit. These answers are used to solely diagnose your problem without any other review of your symptoms. His staff and assistants are a nightmare. They are rude and incompetent and cannot relay information or communicate l between this physician and his patients.
