Luis called me a liar about my right rotator cuff being a full tear. I brought him proof the next day and never got an apology from him. I told him I have trouble with simple things such as getting dressed, he said " what do you want me to do about it?" Don't expect to get any help from him. He also had someone else to call me about my blood work that was in great shape.
