Absolute joke. After spending $3,500 and waiting 3 weeks, the car broke down again — and I hadn’t even driven it much. Terrible service. Don’t waste your time or money at this shop. Very disappointed with the service and the lack of accountability.
I had a great experience with TKM Automotive Services. I dealt with Trent, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was upfront and honest about what needed doing, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and his pricing was very competitive compared to others I checked out. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing right by his customers. It’s refreshing to find someone so reliable and straightforward in the auto industry. Highly recommend!
Awesome place to take your car but would absolutely recommend booking - Do not just show up. Super busy because they do such a good job. 10/10
