Our family has been using TKM Auto for the last 3 or 4 years to service our cars - 2 KIA Grand Carnivals. They are friendly, professional and their prices are reasonable. They have helped with a couple of issues including a stubborn park brake that wasn't holding the weight of one of the cars. I have come to trust their work and have had very few issues, but they stand behind their work and help when they do arise. After some interesting experiences with previous mechanics, I was referred to TKM Automotive during the Christmas season. Trent and the team have exceeded my expectations and restored trust in mechanics. After coming in to the workshop out of hours with minor issues on my car, he was honest and provided clear explanations of the work required, as well as options to resolve. Excellent service. I have been chasing my tail getting issues with my W204 C63 AMG fixed, after trying a different mechanic who didn't properly fix or diagnose the issue. I was referred to Trent from TKM and he was able to give me a proper diagnosis, find the root cause of the issue, provide a quote and make the repairs promptly. Highly recommend - wish I had discovered TKM sooner!
I had a great experience with the whole team at TKM. They were honest, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car.
