Not even worth one star! The staff here is very rude and need to learn bedside manners. My daughter was adopted and there was an issue with the insurance defaulting to the birth last name and they won't pull you out privately to discuss this kind of stuff and will just say things in front of the child and when you bring it to their attention they will make it out like they did nothing wrong. They runied my idea of waiting till she was older to explain the situation and had no sympathy or anything for what they've done wrong.... read more
