Run from this facility! The long term care here is awful as well as the management. Anyone that has a family member here should remove them as soon as possible. The upper management does as they please. They constantly make mistakes and try to use ignorance as an excuse. The amount of times I've heard "oh, sorry." is ridiculous. Care concerns: My father was being left in his bed for 15 hours at a time. I suspected he was being left in his bed so I put a camera in his room.
