I can’t say enough good things about Pate Meadows!! They were epic. I was so intimidated by the project but after reviewing the pattern and a lengthy :-) phone conversation with Catrina I overcame it and got it done! I am so pleased with my valance, rings, posts, and finials. I wish I had discovered them sooner but will definitely buy more patterns in the future when I have a project. Thanx again for an amazing product and customer support.
Caterina was so very knowledgeable and helpful to us. We were quoted approximately $2400 by a local interior decorator for a drapery project we were working on. All we wanted to do was extend our tabbed drapery panels out to 3.75 inches. The decorator told us we needed all new finials. We were able to purchase post adapters/extenders from Pate-Meadows and use our existing knobs for about $350. We had a few technical issues at first but through phone calls and emails, Caterina walked us through them. Very happy we found them!... read more
I love their designs! The instructions were excellent. They include both written instructions as well as great illustrations which make them very simple to follow. They do a great job of giving you time-saving tips. Their customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend them. Would definitely use again. I wish I had discovered them sooner!
LOVE Pate-Meadows!! I purchased a pattern online and found their service and product to be outstanding! I live in Omaha, Nebraska and called to get clarification on part of the directions. Not only did they answer my initial question, but they had great suggestions overall for my project! I have plans to do a few more window treatments in the near future and am planning on ordering only from Pate-Meadows!
