Mr. Jones was very nice. He would not share email blueprints, which is fine, but as a potential buyer, it does help to know such things for square footage and other such measurements. I would say what separated my fiancé and I from buying with this company was two fold. First, we emailed and called a couple times to set up a meeting and we heard no response for over 2 weeks which we felt was a little long to go without an acknowledgement and concerned us as far as choosing a builder. I never wanted to build a house but it became the best option for us. I was very apprehensive about being overwhelmed by all of the decisions, problems with the build, fights with my spouse and going over budget.
