RecommendedPate Appliance has THE BEST customer service. I have called them several times over the years to fix ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, washers and dryers, and they have always fixed the problem! They are on time, trustworthy, and efficient. I highly recommend their services.
Our refrigerator went out on Saturday. I contacted Tom through chat after hours; even though they were booked solid, he was able to fit us in on Monday morning. However on Sunday we decided to buy a new refrigerator (ours was 16 yrs old), so we had to cancel. It's great Customer Service to work with a client outside of business hours! Thank you Pate Appliances! We will definitely use you in the future!

We will be closed Monday and Tuesday to spend the New Year Holiday with our families.
