This is a sorry excuse for a pool company. Very very unprofessional, poor communication, unreliability. This is what you get when there is not much to choose from!
Unreliable! Will say they are coming and then don’t call and don’t show up. Started to open our pool, then said they would come back the next week to finish it, didn’t come, said they would come the next week, nope didn’t come again. 3 weeks later they finally came only to say I needed a new pump and left. Schedule them to come out and replace the pump AND finish opening the pool. Verified 3 times on 3 separate calls that they would be coming on Saturday. Of course they didn’t come or even call saying they wouldn’t be there.

We used to use Patco pools exclusively. But something changed. I am not for sure but have heard that new ownership took over. Whatever the case, the friendly service and fair prices they had offered before are no longer a thing. The prices have skyrocketed and the service has gotten pathetic. Thankfully there is a nearby pool supply shop up on 119 that has friendly, helpful service and fair prices. So no more Patco for our pool. Seriously though, insanely rude and expensive now. I was an employee for a short time for Bob\Randy at the Paintsville location and the workers here was so dedicated on getting things done correctly and on schedule for the customers! We use to all huddle together in the morning before work and say a prayer to keep us safe sometimes owner Bob would join in prayer and Randy if he wasn't too too busy lol, was great memories looking back over 20 years now, hopefully the employees who retired are in good financial conditions from dedicating all the work abilities they had to Patc... read more
