I went to this workshop and received 10/10 service. At another workshop, they told me to replace the AC clutch for $1,400, and it was just a simple fix. They fixed it for me in 5 minutes — excellent work — and told me to drive safely. This is the best service I’ve received in Australia
Had an ABS error. $920 wasted. I supplied spare sensors and the service manual diagnostic pages. Dan had the car for 3 weeks. He never contacted me. I was always chasing him up. Told me all the resistances on the circuit were correct, the ABS controller needed replacing. My mechanic did this. This was not the fix, Dan could not offer any further ideas. Very disappointing, I had booked in for work on my car, didn't show up, I called to follow up and said either tomorrow or next day at latest. Again didn't show up. not returning calls or answering text messages. Very unprofessional.

Was in here a few months ago, and Dan was one of the most helpful blokes I've ever met. He gave me a quick diagnosis of a problem on my Navara that was caused by another shop and picked up on other problems they'd missed. Really saved me from what had been a nightmare few days. I couldn't recommend these guys more highly.
