Place an order with this company for 20 patches for our uniforms for a trade show was promised the product would be here by October 12 we paid for expedited was not notified that the product was being made in China. Fraudulent and despicable company. Too bad zero stars isn’t an option. I called to inquire on 8/30/26 about lead timing. I placed an order on 8/31/26 based on this company’s representations that customer patches would be delivered no later than 9/15/26. The order was for a charity event. I called on 9/15/26 as I had not received shipping information. I was told “they’re in our warehouse to go out today, but it will be 3-5 days.” I then requested next day delivery and they CHARGED me for same (despite the earlier promise). Co... read more
