AC hasn’t worked since the day I have moved in here beginning of January it’s almost June they still won’t fix it warning to anyone who wants air conditioning do not live here!
DO NOT RENT HERE, do yourself a favor. Ackerman group has taken over & it is terrible. Rent has increased almost $600 since the new management took over. It is absolutely absurd & outrageously expensive. They are getting over on people. On top of that if you are late (even by 1 day) you will be assessed an unreasonably & outrageous late fee, as if the base rent plus fees isn’t expensive enough. I love my new place! Management is awesome! Maintenance is professional, prompt and thorough. The whole team is fantastic!
