We hired Patapsco Valley Handyman to do an extensive amount trim work in our basement (e.g., build stair platform, build stair railings, put in baseboards, install new doors, build columns around metal polls, etc...). We couldn't be happier with the work that they did and the price was reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the work! We will definitely be hiring them again for future projects.
After two weeks of waiting for an estimate from this place, I still haven't heard a peep. I placed a follow up call a week ago and got an excuse as to why the estimate hadn't gone out (it was promised to be delivered the day after they came out - 2 weeks ago). I guess they didn't want the business or care to take my money. As an aside, their parent company (Hands on Painters) seems to have similar issues as I never received a response on some questions I had (separate encounter).
