So it's a little odd leaving a review before they've even worked on my son's bike. But they were so great to work with and so willing to help to help us out that I'm leaving a five-star review before they've even worked on the bike. If their service is even half as good as their customer service, we will be extremely happy about
I came in to Patapsco Bike Shop, for some repairs. I had most of the parts, but needed to order new front wheels. Patapsco agreed to the job, and gave me a $1,000 quote. 2 weeks in, they fired the guy handling it, and gave me a new quote under $400. I had left $600 deposit for parts, so I contacted them, because this represented an impossible price. Parts were $576 before shipping.
