The doctor sounds good and professional. But his staff seem to very unprofessional. My last visit, I had bad experience where I was prescribed wrong medication when I wasnt having such medical condition. Not sure whether the doctor is giving those prescriptions or the nurses. Pharmacy took care that I dont use those medicines when I dont have such symptoms.
Dr Patani is the best PCP I have ever had! He takes the time to listen to my concerns and is so thoughtful in advising me as to what is best for my whole health. I have never left an appointment not knowing what I am to do next or WHY! So thankful for Dr Patani - he is a treasure!
While Dr. Patani is a good doctor, his office staff is rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. During the most recent incident, I called for my husband's lab results from 4 days prior. He needed them for the following day. They advised I follow-up directly with the lab. I reminded them, the lab would not release the results to me due to HIPPA. She finally looked in her system. He is very good doctor , when he practiced Medicine in California PA office I went to him well when he left ... I went to the Charleroi PA office was willing to see Dr Gosai or Dr Ghandi ...I am on UPMC for YOU well they all sudden told me they was stop taking my insurance well it's all a lie they still take it never trust doctors who lie to ther patients ...They wanted to get rid of me .
Very good doctor, and very accommodating. Takes the time to explain everything to you. A++++!
