The lack of clear communication and support has been frustrating, and we’re already second-guessing our decision to go with them.
Extremely poor follow up with all phases of the home building process. I would highly recommend looking at other builders in the area that actually care about the finished product. They use subs for all phases and take no accountability for poor workmanship. If there are issues they are very difficult to work with and will ignore the problem hoping you will go away. Be very careful with both Ray and Mike and make sure you document everything In writing.
