The cashier was snarky and mean. I asked him about a shirt and he mumbled some answer. I asked him to repeat and he was so annoyed to repeat himself. The other staff members working the floor were very friendly and helpful though.
Excellent customer service. Light, bright store with a wide variety of clothing.
I tried to order online, since I am not very good at finding things when I shop in person. I found almost everything that I wanted, but when I place the order online the delivery date was after my flight leaves ... panic!! So I drove to the Patagonia store in Palo Alto (on Alma, just south of University) and got amazing help.
