This store has the worst customer service， avoid at all cost！
The other comments are right about the staff in this store being entitled and rude. They were constantly staring and making me feel uncomfortable. Never once asked if they could help, so not sure what they were trying to achieve by staring.
The best part about Patagonia is the Ironclad Guarantee. This store doesn't seem to honor it. I was honestly surprised by the behavior from the staff here and called up customer service to confirm as these guys contradicted the policies mentioned online. The helpful customer service representative asked me to go to another store. I would recommend the same. Don't ignore the other comments here about service. I was planning on returning an item and buying a couple more, no thanks. Still love Patagonia, just not this one.
Catherine is perhaps the best store employee of all time, across all stores worldwide :-). She truly sets the standard for customer service with her professionalism and care. And a big shout out to Patagonia for being one of my favorite brands of all time. They willingly owned up to a product defect and took care of me without hesitation. They’re a true example of what ethical business, strong core values, accountability, and genuine customer care should look like. Other companies could definitely learn from them.
The brand is exceptional I love every piece I have purchased amazing quality but the experience at this Palo Alto location is very poor everyone is very entitled and rude specially the ladies working at this location, Palo Alto is closer to me but lately i have prefer to go all the way to San Francisco people is super nice and helpful!!! Business is NOTHING without a good service!!!!
