Álvaro has been very kind and attentive, recommending places we could visit and activities we could do.
Our group used Patagonia for all airport transfers for individual and group shuttles. Our driver Daniela was absolutely amazing going above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our trips. She offered water and snacks and even what kind of music we wanted to hear. The communication via text was super helpful! Top notch service from Daniela! Thank you.
We had an excellent experience using Patagonia Chauffear Services to transport our wedding party around Canmore for our wedding. The driver was prompt and took us safely to all stops (about 5 with ceremony and different pick-ups and photo stops). The company was responsive to our request and communicated clearly and effectively.
I was recently a guest at a wedding who used Patagonia Services to shuttle us back to our hotel and amongst the shuffle, my purse was left on the shuttle. Thinking it was in possession of someone in our party, i returned to Calgary without my bag. After reaching out, they not only had my bag in safe keeping, but personally delivered it to me in Calgary! So much appreciated and definitely a lasting impression. Thank you!
We used the Patagonia service for a transfer with a very early pick up at Panorama Village. Jennifer, was prompt, polite, professional and provided EXCELLENT customer service. I can not say enough good things about the way she managed the transportation for us. We were on time for our flight, dropped off at the right gate, this isn’t something that happens always.
