I visited the store yesterday and had the most disappointing experience. One of the staff members, a tall, thin man with long hair (approximately 50–55 years old), was not very helpful when I asked for assistance with measuring a backpack size. He was extremely rude, he stated that he could not help and came across as indifferent during the interaction.
