I visited the store yesterday and had the most disappointing experience. One of the staff members, a tall, thin man with long hair (approximately 50–55 years old), was not very helpful when I asked for assistance with measuring a backpack size. He was extremely rude, he stated that he could not help and came across as indifferent during the interaction. Great gear and clothing; difficult parking
They went over and beyond with repairing and replacing my items they did not make me pay for shipping cost back, even though I told them I would they were so kind and then in addition to that they made sure to put in instructions on how I should be caring for my jackets I am over the moon so happy with with everything with the store.
