This flagship Patagonia store, which is located next-door to their corporate headquarters slightly to the northwest, is done so well and really exudes the same Patagonia style that you see in their products. 벤츄라에 있는 파타고니아 본점 매장은 단순한 아웃도어 매장이 아니라 브랜드의 역사와 철학을 직접 느낄 수 있는 공간임. 장점 • 매장이 넓고 원목 인테리어 + 빈티지 소품이 따뜻하고 감성적인 분위기를 줌. • 의류뿐 아니라 초창기 등반 장비와 사진 전시가 있어서 작은 박물관 같음. (창립자 이본 쉬나드가 직접 제작한 장비 전시도 있음) • 남성, 여성, 키즈, 아울렛 느낌까지 모두 있어 가족 단위 쇼핑하기 딱 좋음. • 매장 직원들이 친절하고, 파타고니아의 환경 철학과 리페어 서비스도 잘 설명해줌. • 제품 라인업이 다양하고, 온라인보다 더 특별한 아이템을 발견할 수 있음. 단점 • 가격대가 기본적으로 높아서 세일 기간 아니면 부담될 수 있음. • 주말엔 관광객이 많아 조금 붐빌 수 있음. • 주차장이 협소해서 인근 거리에 주차해야 할 때도 있음. 단순히 옷을 사는 곳이 아니라 파타고니아의 철학·역사·아웃도어 감성을 체험할 수 있는 플래그십 스토어. 아웃도어 좋아하지 않아도 한번쯤 방문할 가치 있음.

Kailyn was very helpful and sweet in helping me find the right jacket for my backpacking trip. Michael at the register saved the day by going above and beyond providing extraordinary service. He called customer service for me so I didn't have to drive 30 min back home and call them myself. I was able to purchase and leave with jacket I needed for my trip in 5 days! I'm super grateful for how kind he was and going out of his way to help me.

Super friendly staff, very eco friendly products. Encourage “worn wear” up-cycling. Can fix clothing on site! Patagonia fixed the zipper on my original Synchilla fleece from 1985!
