great service
waste of time and money 2 and a half hours labour and not replacing the bearings just adjusted and even told me that eventually I will need to replace the bearings I just can't believe how awful some people can be, I do not recommend MOT

One star is too many. DO NOT trust this business. Had my bike for over 4 weeks, used second hand parts (charged me for new), zero communication unless I phoned them, only to be told ‘a few more days’ every time. Then to top it off charged me £624 for 8 hours labour!! Wish I’d read the other reviews before using them, all they care about is taking your money…
In June 2024 I had a new front tyre fitted to my Yamaha R1M before leaving for a tour of Europe via Spain. Enroute to Plymouth, an awful shudder suddenly started through the handlebars, causing me to arrange for vehicle recovery to a hotel in Bridgewater. All the larger dealerships in the area could not assist, however Mike of Pat Watts Motorcycles was more then willing to help. The following day I slowly rode the bike to their M/C shop.
