Im sure the guy is a rlly rlly good mechanic HOWEVER, we had an appointment at 9am for a basic check up, he told us it will be done at 10am and he will call. We left and came back at 11am to see that they didnt even start working on the car. When we asked why, he said 'im very behind' so then i asked for the keys so he was surprised almost offended and gave me the keys and we left without rlly an apology or anything.
