Awful customer service!! Manager Steve was very aggressive when explaining things and got super rude when I asked for a more detailed explanation on why I was getting charged when no service was done! They called and said”here’s what all needs to be done it’s 1,700$” when I only came in for alignment that was gonna cost 120$ IF THEY NOTICED THEY COULDNT DO THE ALIGNMENT THEY SHOULD OF CALLED AND COMMUNICATED THAT THEY NEEDED TO RUN A INSPECTION THAT WILL COST 65$ that’s over half of the damn payment for the alignment. I’m disappointed to say that this place does not meet expectations. I saw it featured on News 9 and recommended it to a family friend, but he had a terrible first time experience while I was on the phone with him. The manager, named Steve, was very unpleasant. There was poor communication and a noticeable lack of customer service.Be sure to inquire about all fees that may apply if a service cannot be performed.
This is the place to go for your tire needs and car service very professional and friendly will not let you down
