Used an unbranded, no-name Chinese fuel pump with zero markings on it. Failed in under a month which left my car stranded at home and unable to go to work for days. Refused to give me my money back. The manager yelled at me on the phone when I asked for my money back. Would not even give a store credit (as if I would want one) for the 2 hours of labor they charged me for for replacing the fuel pump. Will scam, overcharge you, and charges for but does not even use OEM parts. Got a fuel pump replaced a month back and it had no serial or manufacturing markings at all. Even the lowest quality OEM parts have markings on them, but this one had none. Lost two days of work, and had to buy a new fuel pump and install it myself. They overcharged me for labor, said they would refund me to get me to give the fuel pump back. They then told me several hours later that they would next be refunding me. My wife brought her Jeep here. I did the alignment in the front yard is best I could with what I had before she brought it to Pat's. The jeep drove dead center with no drifting. She picked it up yesterday and told me today that if now drifts to the right but the guy at Pats told her that it may drift right but that its the road and not the alignment. I'm blown away by the kindness and customer service afforded to me yesterday! I was in a bind having discovered a large screw embedded in my front tire, miles from home and a business minutes away from closing for the day. I tried my luck at Pat's and talked with Bobby the manager of the store. After explaining my problem, he walked out to my vehicle, verified the problem and sent one of his employees out to pull my vehicle around back to further inspect the tire.
