Never fun to have to buy tires, lol. I had a flat tire and pats happened to be the closest shop. Ms Randy at the front desk and Mr Brandon in the garage were very helpful in showing me what the issue was with my truck and getting a fix figured out for me. Super stressful situation, but Randy and Brandon made it was less stressful!
We have used Pats for years and will not go anywhere else! Every time we have had a car problem they have got us in and fixed the problems at a fair and decent price! They are the place to go!
Overpriced. Didn’t tell me about $40 inspection costs beforehand. Going to Honda eskridge to save $100.
I found Pats tire to have poor communication, high prices and no solutions. Spent $750 on inner tie rods and alignment, drove the truck to work the next day. Steering was loose, unresponsive and pulling to the right. There were no steering issues before Pats repairs. Brought the issue to their attention and the owner Steve said he would follow up with me on Monday. That did not happen. So now I’m forced to pay another shop to do the same work I’ve already paid for. Wasted 5 trips to their shop and $500
