My wife brought her Jeep here. I did the alignment in the front yard is best I could with what I had before she brought it to Pat's. The jeep drove dead center with no drifting. She picked it up yesterday and told me today that if now drifts to the right but the guy at Pats told her that it may drift right but that its the road and not the alignment. I'm blown away by the kindness and customer service afforded to me yesterday! I was in a bind having discovered a large screw embedded in my front tire, miles from home and a business minutes away from closing for the day. I tried my luck at Pat's and talked with Bobby the manager of the store. After explaining my problem, he walked out to my vehicle, verified the problem and sent one of his employees out to pull my vehicle around back to further inspect the tire. Went back for a realignment 2 weeks after being completely under warranty work. The front tried to convince me that they don't do bigger trucks. I was asked if they were sure and firmly reassured me they would never, so I had to have them pull the information up and there it was in the system. Of course the weaseled their way of the warranty as expected.

Never fun to have to buy tires, lol. I had a flat tire and pats happened to be the closest shop. Ms Randy at the front desk and Mr Brandon in the garage were very helpful in showing me what the issue was with my truck and getting a fix figured out for me. Super stressful situation, but Randy and Brandon made it was less stressful!

We have used Pats for years and will not go anywhere else! Every time we have had a car problem they have got us in and fixed the problems at a fair and decent price! They are the place to go!
