This was my second experience with these folks. The first time I inquired about a simple service in person and was given attitude and over pricing. This time I thought I'd give them a try for another simple fix. I asked for a quote for 2 ignition coil replacements. This is less than an hour labor and at most the parts cost about 150 retail from Autozone. I was quoted over $500! Simply outrageous! Straightforward on the phone, and pretty thorough in the shop. There were some fragile components involved in my high-mileage service, and they called to ask my permission to go further. Appreciated that. And, they handled it with care. When it was all said and done, they gave me an accurate quote. Truck runs great now!
