Never again! 8/28 I came into Pats tire and auto because my car stopped and I was stuck in their parking lot. As I walk into Pats tire and auto I am greeted by a lady with attitude and no compassion. As I am telling her I know I don’t have an appointment but my car won’t start in your parking lot, all she kept saying is we can’t do it today we are booked. This was my second experience with these folks. The first time I inquired about a simple service in person and was given attitude and over pricing. This time I thought I'd give them a try for another simple fix. I asked for a quote for 2 ignition coil replacements. This is less than an hour labor and at most the parts cost about 150 retail from Autozone. I was quoted over $500! Simply outrageous!
