I went to Les Schwab after an extensive search for tires. (One of the old ones had exploded on the freeway so a new set was needed quickly.) I was stoked when they had the tires I needed at a decent price and left my car to be worked. After an hour I got a call where the associate proceeded to explain I had to buy $90 in lug nuts because mine were "stripped." The bolts were not stripped when I put the spare on. Great service, affordable, friendly, communicative, and timely. We came in with a large van with a nail in the tire and they patched it up same day to get us back on the road. Grateful for their service!

very upset with this situation. went in to get a tire repaired. truck was only back there 10 minutes. guy came back out said nothing was wrong. husband had to go back to get the NAIL hole repaired. total waste of time. also tired of you guys trying to sell me things I don't need. Probably will look for somewhere else for tires
