7/30/2026 they helped remove a nail from my tire today. Even though they were very busy. Thank you Les Schwab Burlington WA.
Came in yesterday about getting new tires we talked to a lady at the desk about getting credit for tires...she told us les Schwab is only done on the computer ONLY .. I explained I am not computer savvy and asked if anyone could help .... Which I am embarrassed and ashamed but a lot of is elder customers can not run a computer easily. She ABSOLUTELY WAS NO HELP AND WAS NOT WILLING TO HELP US IN ANYWAY...JUST "SORRY WE DONT DO THAT!!" People forget that we need to human help. Well im not really happy with service I needed tire check they told me wait is about 1 hour so I waited for 2 hours no one contacted me I went to front desk to ask how long before I get service and reply was another 45min so if 1 hour =2.45 then 45min =another 2 hours thank but no. Need better wait time prediction People have things to do also, we cant just wait for ever and at the end You will say another 45 min Please fix that Best wishes You guys can do better I know you can
