Excellent service! Got a flat while traveling in the RV. They got new tires on in no time, even stayed past closing time to get us squared away. Very knowledgeable and competent staff. Thank you!!
Took my Highlander in for a seasonal tire changeover. They did that fine but were unable to pair the tire pressure sensors because they had already loaded the summer tires back in the car. So, I had to come back the next day to have them pair without the summer tires. Convenient for them, inconvenient for me.
Worst experience ever, professionals in scamming and arguing on false basis that only people who really pay attention can notice their tactics, change of parts from initial invoice and final invoice being given after payment. No discounts of any sort upon finding it out that they used cheaper quality parts which still works but doesnt provide rust or other protection as initial discussion on the parts being used.
