Called and asked how long of a wait it would take for a tire balancing. Was told 1 1/2 -2 hour wait. Waited 4 hours with not a word from anyone. And never ended up getting it done because I couldn't wait more than 4 hours. There time management sucks just as much as there customer service.
I took my truck in this Schwab’s last fall because I needed my hub replaced. They told me it was my transfer case. So I drove it 400 miles home with a bad hub and changed the it myself on my only day off. Then today I go in just after 5 o’clock. They told me they didn’t have time and I could make an appointment. I went to Les Schwab after an extensive search for tires. (One of the old ones had exploded on the freeway so a new set was needed quickly.) I was stoked when they had the tires I needed at a decent price and left my car to be worked. After an hour I got a call where the associate proceeded to explain I had to buy $90 in lug nuts because mine were "stripped." The bolts were not stripped when I put the spare on.
