Every time I have visited this location, I've always been greeted with friendly employees. I can count on their communication to be very thorough, so that I always understand the issue at hand. I also appreciate the upfront and honest repair costs so I know what to expect.
Had an appointment and was welcome and checked in as soon as I show up. I learned from asking about the newest in tire chains. When my tire rotation was done Mason came and talked to me about the checks he made to my truck. I was especially interested in the health of my batteries. I was told at my dealership the week prior that one of the batteries had failed a load test. Mason told me they both batteries tested great and that was not a problem. Had a horrible experience at the Burlington location today went in to see if I had picked up a nail or screw was there 3hrs and never got it in a bay!!! Watched the workers standing and chit chatting not sure what happened to this location but every since Ed left its going down hill
