Contacted this realtor to set up a showing for a rental she had listed in Fountains of McLean. She had it listed as Active in the MLS, but upon answering the phone and hearing my inquiry, she frustratedly said "I already have an application pending on it, that's why it's listed as Application Pending" - and she hung up. Terrible customer service and demeanor. I wouldn't recommend anyone work with this excuse of a real estate agent. Pat is absolutely horrible to work with. Her response to questions asked via email or phone are rude. She is inadequate to run this type of business due to lack of personal skills, knowledge, and passion on what she does.
