I don't normally do reviews or post, but in this case I felt it was important. My wife and I were recently in Orlando Universal and stopped and had dinner at Pat O'Brien's. I am allergic to Seafood, and I always make it a point to tell my server and hope for the best when my food comes. Not to worry at Pat O'Brien's, in all my years this is the first time that the Chef has personally come out and talked to me, and then additionally delivered my food to me. This place was not what was expected. Our mixed drinks were nothing like the online pictures. The beers on tap were terrible. Staff was off putting and not friendly at all. Maybe they can be that way because it's mostly tourist. Was disappointed in all aspects. Worst place to go to of all the bars, taprooms, brewery's I've been to in past couple of years
Heleana was our server and was super rude she didn’t once refill our drinks and we would’ve definitely ordered another round of drinks. We understand st patty can get busy, but there’s no need to be rude to customers. The manager on shift was very helpful and provided the best service. We’re annual pass holders and come to the restaurants often so this experience has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Our food took an hour yet came to us cold. It's St Partys day and nothing going on at 4pm. The cornbeef sandwich was the worst sandwich we have ever had. This bar is Irish adjacent. The best part is the piano bar. Food is terrible
