Absolutely horrible experience. I felt they did not care about us or our business. Was a complete headache throughout the process. I recommend going somewhere else!

Had my car repaired after an accident with Firelands Chevy collision center in Vermilion. Great communication while they had my car with updates. They were all very helpful, and did an amazing job on the body work as well as other issues that needed fixed from the accident. My Chevy Trax looks great!!! Definitely recommend them!!
