Wonderful draftsman. Highly recommend. He is very detailed and our plans for our home came out better than expected. Busy with tons of work, so be patient.

Pat did an excellent job for us for a very reasonable price. Even though he was extremely busy, he took the time to get all the information prior to doing the work. During our remodel he was available for questions from our contractor, which was very helpful, to say the least. With the changing prices of supplies and labor, we needed to downsize twice before we could start the job. Pat hung in there with us, like a champ. Pat happily did all three sets of plans for us. I've used pat in the past. He was always a bit behind on delivering drawings on time. I contacted him again about 4 days ago and no response. Sad he does such great drawings and now I fell like he doesn't want repeat clients.
