Darryl was excellent to work with. Very courteous and provided exceptional results and timing.
Went for oil change and 60,000 service. Fast, clean waiting room, nice service department and employees.
Weeks of diagnostics, $1400 later and car still isn't fixed. Never again! Last name Williams. I'm pretty sure I'm the only Voncaira in Michigan. And no one is answering the number you posted.
This place is horrible. Paul, Nick and Emily running a scam. They had my car for 2 months didn't fix anything but kept asking the insurance company for money. (And not to mention Paul and Emily kept reminding me to pay the deductible once the job was complete, I had to get the insurance company to tell them I didn't have to pay the deductible) Eventually it became a total loss. Perfectly good car no problems before or after the accident but let Nick tell it everything was wrong with the vehicle. I would never recommend them.... read more
