Took my daughter’s Honda Civic in for oil change. And when they finish, they forgot to put the skid plate back on securely. Didn’t notice until I was driving down the highway and start hearing scraping noises. I had to pull off the highway and found out and took pictures as shown. I drove back to the service department and show them what had happened and they said that it wasn’t like that when they gave the car back to me. Just don’t play the blame game and just fix it. I went in for a routine maintenance check. I found everyone to be kind and helpful and very efficient. It was super busy but they definitely have their system down. It took a little longer than the time they gave me, but there were a lot of cars to be serviced and I didn’t mind. They were very polite and transparent. I will definitely be going here moving forward.
Wonderful experience at service center! I own a 2026 sienna, brought my vehicle in for the first service also to fix a minor but extremely annoying issue. My vehicle has a plastic rattling noise occasionally due to a loose interior component that I cannot pinpoint. My service advisor. Brandon was courteous and communicated the progress and updated the vehicle status when completed. my technician Daniel was able to find and fix this annoying issue for me perfectly and overall 10 out of 10.
