Friendly staff and service done in a timely manner
I stopped in for a scheduled oil change and Joel took very good care of me. I was in and out within an hour! Excellent customer care and service; another awesome experience for me!!! I will continue to recommend and tell family and friends about this location
My wife brought in our < 1 year old Grand Highlander for the scheduled "Toyota Care" 10k maintenance. After inspection, they indicated that the cabin air filter was "extremely dirty" and it "needed to be replaced immediately." This of course was not covered by the maintenance plan and cost $70. My wife, not knowing much about cars, approved the work because she thought it was critical for her car to work. I am not usually the type to write reviews but this location deserves it. Front the staff that answer the calls, to the appt reminders. The team and services is unlike anything i have ever experienced. They offer free shuttles to take you back home and pick you up for your car service. I also got a coupon for a free car wash. Shout out to Bob the shuttle driver and Cannon with the service team
