2 stars for the front-end customer service in general, the speedy service, and the hospitality of the waiting area. Their prices are high, and their parts mark-up is anywhere from 40% to 80%, when the parts center 20 feet behind the reception desks sells them for less. What I didn't like about their work was that them being "part of the dealership" bearing Toyota's name, they do not consistently use OEM materials to perform the tasks. Scammer For the UPPER RADIATOR HOSE part, they told me $435 and they will order it. I refused and went to Autozone and bought the exact part for $39.
Service advisor lied about the cost of the 30k service. Also said I could use a loner vehicle as it would take 3 hours. When I brought my Highlander in for service Tyge Anderson quoted $570 more then was previously quoted and I didn't qualify for a loner. I purchased my Highlander new from this dealer. They just lost a customer. I will not be back. I will be going to Freeman Toyota for my 2026 Highlander hybrid.
