Service advisor lied about the cost of the 30k service. Also said I could use a loner vehicle as it would take 3 hours. When I brought my Highlander in for service Ty quoted $570 more then was previously quoted and I didn't qualify for a loner. I purchased my Highlander new from this dealer. They just lost a customer. I will not be back. I will be going to Freeman Toyota for my 2026 Highlander hybrid.
I called the service dept to schedule a Toyota care oil change while driving home. The service advisor said they could get me in the next day and asked for the VIN #. I told her I was driving and it wasn’t readily available. She told me she couldn’t schedule it unless she had the VIN because she need the VIN to order the oil filter. Purchased my vehicle and had a great experience. Recently received an oil change offer and went in to claim it. After the oil change I noticed oil leaking the next day. I crawled under my Tacoma and found the oil plug so loose that when I touched the bolt it fell out and I had to quickly screw it back in but only after losing a quart or two I. My garage. We bought our 2016 Toyota Landcruiser here and we very pleased with the entire buying process. Since our purchase, we have always brought it back here for service. Soni Murray always takes care of us and she is a pleasure to work with on items that are due for service on our vehicle.
If there was a place for zero stars I would pick that. This place is the worst car dealership you could ever go to! I do not typically leave reviews but I just had to for this place because of what I have been through many times and just the lack of care and disrespect of everyone. I got my car here brand new and it was a nightmare. Worse experience ever. I was lied to by my sales man Tim that the car came with features that it did not come with.
