Pat was great to work with—always quick to respond, no matter when we sent over documents or questions. It took us over 9 months to find a house, and Pat was patient with us every step of the way. Anytime we had questions, he would explain things from multiple angles and offer more than one solution, helping us make the best decisions with confidence.
Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a lending group. The Burke team was all over the place. From quoting us on HOI on the WRONG property, to stating I needed letters from my work stating I worked too far from my home, to misquoting our final numbers at closing, it’s been a nightmare. We “closed” on our house two months ago and we are steal dealing with the inadequate closing process. Stay far away from them. No one takes responsibility for messing up. Everyone shifts the blame.
