My initial thoughts were they were excellent. However.... I had my car serviced. I reported a problem with the windscreen washer and the motorised boot struts were not working. I was told the washer problem was because the water bottle was cracked, and that the boot needed 2 new struts. I agreed to go ahead at a cost of over £1500....The problem with the washers was nothing to do with the cracked bottle... And 6 weeks later no contact about the boot struts.
