We hired Kelly Construction to replace a privacy fence and to resurface a deck and porch with composite and aluminum railings. The fence is very nice. I am not happy with the deck or porch. *** purchased a discontinued composite so then was unable to buy facia and end caps. The ‘finishing’ touches on both look sloppy and unprofessional. Pat Kelly showed up when he said he would to give an estimate. When we accepted the estimate, he started the next day and got it done fast and professionally. We will use him again and will definitely recommend him to others.

Top notch, trustworthy, excellent craftsman and extremely reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Pat Kelly. He has done drywall work, skim coating (which is flawless and beautiful), can light installation, ceiling texture repair, countertop installation, ceramic tile work and painting for us. All of the work is beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased. Pat is so easy to work with and a genuinely nice guy!!! He is prompt to return if you have any concerns. He will always be our "go to" guy.
Not professional. Slow. Can't even give 1 star. One of his subcontractors showed up at my house the next day after finishing his work looking to get paid, after talking to Pat Kelly while sub at my house, Pat agreed that if I paid him myself he would deduct the amount from my bill, then Pat expected me to pay him the amount even though it was agreed upon that anything I paid for which he had itemized in his bid would be deducted from the contract price, which in the contract he had less estimated then what the sub was chargi... read more
