I do not recommend. After 4+ years of service, during the hardest times society has recently faced(pandemic) the owner has been the least customer friendly, not a customer advocate and with poor customer service. It has taken 1 week to resolve properly one matter, which the owner acted too busy to handle properly. I was hung up on and refused to be provided proper documentation as asked. Horrible!

RecommendedMy husband has been with state farm for 34 years and I have been with them for 17 years. We love state farm and we love Tony Edwards and all of them there. Marcie Randolph is by far our favorite. She has always been so helpful no matter what the question or issue is she helps us get things done. She is the first one I contact about anything. The rest have always been so great and helpful as well though so you cant go wrong.
