Charged for part and labor that only covered the most obvious or damage, and even then it was a repaint and clear coat. Got dust and dirt bumps under clear coat, and they didn't even get the edges where there is still damage. They also steal little things out of the car, like going through the compartments and taking media cards and change
Alex misquoted the estimate and some minor additional work was required resulting in a $300 supplement that was instantly approved by the insurance company. He kept me guessing about when the truck would be finished, would not return my calls and was very hard to get a hold of while the truck was in the shop. The body shop kept my truck for an extra two weeks for $300 worth of extra labor???
