The guy took way too long to do the job, as we found out later from a neighbor familiar with plumbing work. They are paid by the hour so they drag it out as long as possible. He was in and out smoking, making lots of noise so it seemed like he was working when the job was probably finished already. Beware this company, I should have read reviews first. Needless to say we won't be using them for our future plumbing jobs.

Overcharge on a hourly basis. It took an extremely long time to fix the issue and since you pay on a hourly basis it really hurts. They were condescending and did not care to resolve the complaint

They are breaking the law!!!!! They are charging sales tax for installing a hot water heater. This is illegal - the NYS Dept. of Taxation states that a hot water heater is a capital improvement and no sales tax can be charged. What is Dolan Plumbing doing with the sales tax it collects??? Do not use them!

BEWARE - NO INSURANCE - NO GUARANTEE - Hiring these guys is a liability and WILL BE an additional cost out of your pockets. THEY purposefully don't properly fix your things so that they can come back to do the job a few times more and leave you with multiple bills which they threaten you to pay up. These guys does not stand by their guarantee. The thing broke right after they fixed it one day later. They do not stand by their 90 day guarantee.
