Our experience with Pat was awful, error after error. We picked up our taxes to take elsewhere due to lack of communication and mistakes made by Pat herself. Pat always advised she would correct her errors, but wasn't capable. When we picked up our 1099's and other information, her son made a comment in the office "what, we're not fast enough", nope and you gave us another couples 1099, just sloppy. Believe the reviews, find anywhere else!

-failure to communicate -failure to file accurately -failure to file on-time Pat failed to communicate in a timely manner (if she responded at all) and to report all our income as stated in documents we provided, resulted in a$3000+ bill from the IRS a year later. Pat had her granddaughter fill out my forms and submit them. The direct deposit information was entered in wrong, and my refund was shown to have been deposited into a different account other than mine. After multiple attempts to get her to correct it, she kept saying she was waiting for the IRS to get back to her. This has gone on for over 2 years. Now she simply doesn't respond to my calls, and has totally blown me off. I'm out nearly $2500 because of incompetence. Zero attempts to make it right. And doesn't seem to care. ... read more
