Outstanding service from Michael and the entire Pat Coles team, I just had a minor repair conducted on my AMG and the entire team are fantastic, great service, professional and most of all always friendly. They seem to love their work, it has been like this for year, this is my second visit in around 10 years, it has not changed in all that time. Highly recommend these guys 5 stars!
Perfect result on an older car. The Pat Cole team provided exceptional customer service. They kept me informed while the car was with them. The car was ready when they said it would be. There were no surprises. Can highly recommend.
Must say this place was incredible. Communication exceeded expectations, staff were very friendly and always helpful. My car looks completely brand new, so that speaks volumes in itself. Very impressed with the entire process and completion. Handover was a breeze. If for any reason my car needs repairs again I will be calling them immediately. Excellent customer service and a professional team. I visited this repair centre a few weeks ago expecting a quote and leaving my Mercedes there for repair. Instead, the scratch buffed out with their hand tool and they sent me on my way with no costs and a friendly smile. I highly recommend their service and would use them again.
Pat Coles is the best MB auto repair business I have ever been to. They offer top quality personable service and have been unbelievably helpful after the repair even helping to sort out issues Mercedes Benz Service couldn't. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Quality repairs , outstanding service and having intelligent professionals from the front desk through to the workshop has been a refreshing change.
