Pat Campbell Insurance was very helpful to me when I was interested in switching motorcycle insurances. They were able to find me multiple insurance companies and then tailor the insurance to fit my needs. Ultimately, we decided to stay with our original insurance, but it was not because their service wasn't good. They were wonderful, very patient as we asked for changes to the quote multiple times and they were helpful with their advice. If the price had been lower we would have switched in a heartbeat.
We started a new business and requested a quote, when they called back they informed us that they couldn't issue one because its a conflict of interest. We are an electrical company nothing to do with insurance. They also said that since they already insure another electrical company they couldn't help us. Makes no sense to me since I'm sure they don't insure one business per industry
