Pat builders, did an outstanding job on my home. Installed all new windows and 2 patio doors completed in 1 week. All turn out perfect and was clean and straight forward no issues. Peter was very thorough when he did his initial visit. Our HOA is very particular and required him to do his form three times. And he did it! He was so patient. On installation day he arrived EARLY and was done in less than four hours; maybe even three. During that time he also managed to replace several screens. He cleaned up after everything so there wasn’t even a huge mess. 12/10 recommend Pat Builders! Will be calling him when our windows need replacing.
Peter opened up and framed a new attic access for us in the central hallway of our split level home in Mount Prospect. He is a great communicator, professional and courteous. He did a terrific job as you will see in the photos. We are excited about all of the extra storage we've gained and would call and recommend him for similar projects without reservation.
