Everyone from receptionist to hygienist and dentist were welcoming, personable and sympathetic to my dentaphobia. They did a thorough example, didn't try to talk me into implants, gave me a plan of action to take care of the teeth I have. Kiddos to the entire staff!!
The staff is great and I love my Dental Hygienist Delisa! Love the doc too! Very happy with this place especially after having a bad experience elsewhere.
My appointment was for the placement of a permanent crown, but had somehow been changed to a cleaning and checkup. The front desk coulndn't verify the crown's receipt, so the appointment was rescheduled for the afternoon, when the new crown was put put in very professionally. It all worked out in the end, but the need to return was rather frustrating. The service and quality of care were excellent!
Carlos the hygienist was one of the best I ever had. Doctor was great and very caring. Desk clerk was very nice. Office desk manager was extremely condescending, unprofessional and unethical. I have been going there for 20+ years when Patbooker Dental and always had great experiences. The desk manager really made my experience begin with a very bad taste. Fortunately Carlos the hygienist and the Doctor made it more pleasant . I am interested in discussing this feedback only with a concerned neutral stakeholder. Sincerely... ... read more
