They never answer their phones smh
State Farm put me thru 5 different people who do not know what they are doing. Half of my questions were answered with I really do not know. For example, the question of can I speak to a supervisor, went answered I do not know who is my supervisor. Very odd. Finally, my own agent never responded to my emails. Her office was extremely rude to me. You would think they would be there for you when you had an accident. After all, it is that experience that they are selling. Very disappointed with both my agent and State Farm.
