BEWARE!!! One star is too high for David Pasulka. I find is disturbing that someone so unethical is licensed to provide legal representation. My first red flag should have been in the consultation when his sales pitch was to insult another very reputable attorney that I had used in the past. I went to David Pasulka to try to save money because I have an ex husband who has taken me to court 4 times in 6 years trying to take my kids, as that is the only way he knows to hurt me. Mr. Pasulka comes to decisions & conclusions without investigating all the facts & evidence presented to him. He puts people in charge of supervised parenting time that have no morals, ethics, or family loyalties. If your attorney recommends him for your custody case, ask for someone else.
