Great company. Very responsive. Jack always stays on top of everything. Wouldn't consider buying pastry supplies from anyone else!
Giving this to my daughter, so not sure if it works yet. Shipping cost was horrendous !!

I did not get the item that is in the picture. Customer service was good about the issue and offered a full refund as per their return policy, but by then I had already used the product because I needed to, nullifying the parameters of the return policy.
