This used to be my go-to nearby indian grocery store, but past few months their quality has declined by A lot. The butter I bought had mould in it. Another time I bought frozen vegetables it was full of mould the moment I opened it! I would stay away from their dairy and refrigerated items. Also please check their expiration dates before you buy any product, they tend to carry expired things often (avoid things that have a sticker on with a new date instead of date printed on the packaging itself).

I called the store to check if an item was available before making the trip. Harita answered, but the conversation felt very abrupt and I couldn’t get a clear answer. When I arrived, the item was actually there. It would’ve saved me a lot of confusion if the information had been communicated properly.

I’ve been shopping here regularly for almost a year, but unfortunately, I’ve had several unpleasant experiences with the owner, Harita. She often comes across as rude and impatient, especially when asking simple questions about products or ingredients. I’ve also noticed similar behavior toward my neighbors and customers who were new to the store. At the time of billing please be extra careful because I noticed that price mentioned on rack are different at the time of bill, this problem I noticed from last one n half month.

Would have gave 4 or higher but the fact that a grocery store has the audacity to put tip option at the payment screen like a restaurant made me pissed off💀
