A month ago I called and booked services for my daughter and her best friend to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. I was told they would call to confirm 2 weeks before the appointment. They never called so I called a week out to confirm. Showed up today at the time we had the appointment and the spa is closed and no one is answering the phone. This was my daughter’s birthday party and they just didn’t show up. Unreliable unprofessional business do not plan on having your child’s special event here.
RecommendedTook my daughter here for her fourth birthday today. We had the best time! It was the perfect place for a child’s first mani/pedi. Kindness really lives up to her name as she made the experience so special for my daughter. She cannot wait to go back!
