Excellent service! Clean, kind, and professional. I valued the candor with which I was informed that the basement fireplace didn't require cleaning, as it saved me money. Strongly advise using Pastorally Chimney Sweep!

Excellent service. Pastorally Chimney Sweep comes highly recommended. I don't think the prior chimney sweep businesses I've hired over the years have ever cleaned the cap on top of the chimney, but Mason and his team were quick, good at communicating, and efficient. I'm thrilled that a family-run business will be responsible for maintaining the safety of the chimney. Regards, team.

I had excellent air duct service that was quick and highly competent. The technicians were kind and hardworking, safeguarding my floor and furnishings with overshoes. Carry the equipment with caution. The service was completed on time and in the allotted amount of time. To families that are extremely protective, I definitely suggest their services. Excellent staff, top-notch products, and excellent service.

What a delight it was to work with a business that was so competent, trustworthy, and flexible with schedules, etc. Mason and Adam were highly skilled, informed, and professional. Mason even told Adam to go outside and brush off so that ash wouldn't come inside the home, which I overheard. The highest grade should be given to these men and their business. You won't be let down. I appreciate your excellent service.
