I ordered and prepaid for pictures recently and paid extra for a purple background. When we finally got our school photos the background color we paid for was not there. I contacted Pastor about just getting my money back ($3) that I paid for the add-on color, nothing more. I finally received an email back and was told they can’t do partial refunds through the online ordering. However, they were sending me my money by way of PayPal. Thank goodness I have a PayPal account, they never bothered to even ask before sending money.... read more
